[How to Request Exchange/Return]
Exchange and return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

1. Submit an exchange/return request via KakaoTalk channel chat
2. Register a return via CJ Logistics call center (1588-1255) or mobile app
3. Hand over the product after coordinating with the delivery driver
4. Exchange/return will be processed after product condition inspection

Exchange Shipping Fee
- Change of mind / Size exchange: 7,000 KRW (round-trip shipping fee)
- Defective or incorrect item: Free shipping

Return Shipping Fee
- If the remaining order amount (excluding returned items) is over 70,000 KRW: Additional 3,500 KRW
- If the original order was over 70,000 KRW but falls below 70,000 KRW after return: Additional 7,000 KRW
- If the original order amount is below 70,000 KRW: Additional 3,500 KRW
- Defective or incorrect item: Free shipping
